I believe the most meaningful mentorship doesn't create copies of the mentor. It creates the conditions for practitioners to discover their own voice, deepen their clinical presence, and practise with greater confidence, integrity, and authenticity.

You don’t have to choose between

  • slowing down and building a successful practice,

  • earning a living and practicing ethically

  • being ambitious and deeply human,

  • developing clinical skill and developing themselves.
