Somatic Massage Therapy for Women in Toronto

Your body is not a battleground.
It is a doorway. A remembrance.
A sacred home.

Somatic Massage Therapy

This is massage therapy grounded in clinical skill and guided by deep listening to the body.

All sessions are provided and billed under the scope of Registered Massage Therapy, focusing on the assessment and treatment of soft tissue, tension patterns, pain, and nervous system stress as they show up in the body. Touch is therapeutic, intentional, and responsive — supporting regulation, resilience, and greater ease.

My approach is somatic-informed, meaning the work is slow, attuned, and collaborative. Rather than “fixing” the body, we listen to it. Sensation, pacing, and nervous system cues help guide the session, allowing your system to soften without force.

Alongside my work as an RMT, I hold advanced training as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP®) — a respected, three-year program recognized internationally as one of the foundational trauma-healing modalities. While Somatic Experiencing is not a regulated health profession in Ontario and is not billed as massage therapy, this training deeply informs how I work: with safety, consent, choice, and an understanding of how trauma and stress live in the body.

This offering may be supportive for those experiencing:

  • Chronic tension or pain held in the body

  • Nervous system overwhelm, shutdown, or persistent stress

  • A sense of disconnection from bodily sensation

  • A desire for bodywork that feels grounded, respectful, and relational

Sessions are not about pushing through or “doing more.” They are about creating the conditions where the body can remember its own capacity for settling, repair, and connection.

Connecting.

I deeply appreciate your consideration in working with me. Taking the step to connect with someone new requires courage, and I do not take your trust lightly. It is an honour I hold with the utmost care, and I promise to meet you with presence, compassion, and respect.

Please introduce yourself and let me know what type of support you are looking for.
